  1. Squats to toe raises

  2. Side squats

  3. Fire hydrates

  4. Rotate clockwise fire hydrates

  5. Rotate counter clockwise fire hydrates

  6. Straight leg leg lifts

  7. Bend knee leg lifts

  8. Side leg lifts
