Fruit can't be picked from the tree until it is edible. Same with vegetables in garden. A flower needs water & sunlight to survive. What does your body require to blossom into your greatest physical, mental, and emotional potential.
What is your pace? Do you have patience with yourself? We spend so much time stressed and in a rut of all sorts. It's hard for most to get in any good routine to provide themselves the basic necessities to live a healthy lifestyle. There is so much pressure to be at the perfect weight or the "perfect" anything. Just start!!
There is no such thing as the perfect time. Results will come when the work is put in. Start out small with your fitness journey. Do 3 days a week to build consistency. Add more veggies and fruits to your diet! Break bad habits, one habit at a time.
Don't beat yourself up or put pressure on yourself. Whatever you are attempting to accomplish you can and will complete. Don't worry! Get out of your own way and stop setting limitations for yourself.
