Alot of times when people think of "healthy" they think of food or fitness. Healthy choices do not just start nor stop with fitness & food. It is everything that occurs in your life. A healthy state of being holds peace, joy, and happiness!

If something does not impact your life positively or you find yourself drained from the amount of energy you have to put in with little in return, you may need to rethink "is this a healthy choice for me?".
